What does the warranty mean?

Circulee promises great quality of the hardware sold and provides a warranty for the first 12 months after the invoice date of the particular device. In the unfortunate and unlikely case of a defective item, we will be happy to send you a replacement device (of same or similar model), so that you can get back to work as soon as possible!

Good to know:

In some cases, we cannot provide warranty, such as in case of coffee spillages on the device, custom configuration of the device since purchase (e.g. changing the keyboard), effects from extreme weather conditions (leaving the phone in the fridge) and some specific parts of the devices (e.g. over-used keyboards, the battery, conduction elements and fans). Please note that we also don´t provide warranty for manufacturer and software errors, as unfortunately we cannot influence these.
